A retired sea captain whose ship sank, who now spends his days at the Dockside Club. Bring him 2 Beers to get him talking; after that he gives you a bronze Story for 10 Faith, plus 3 Town Gratitude the first time. He also suggests farming the drained floor of the ship lock.
