The six trees

The whole tree costs 11157 5129 4132 . Cooking recipes cost no points at all: they unlock through play.

Tech points

Research is paid in three colours of points, held in three separate pools capped at 999 each. A red point never stands in for a blue one, so plan per colour.

  • Red: hand-crafting and working with materials.
  • Green: knowledge of nature.
  • Blue: spiritual knowledge of the immaterial world.

When you finish a craft, the points drop on the ground as orbs to pick up. A zombie working a station keeps those points for its own talent tree: they never reach you.

Reputation gates

Ten nodes in the tree cost no points but stay shut until your reputation with one character reaches a threshold. Everything behind them stays locked: if a tech refuses to open, this is almost always why.
