Cellar under the Town Warehouse, reachable only from inside the building. Two blockages link it, through the tunnel under the Crossroads well, to the Supply Storage at your base.
How to get there
Take the ladder inside the Town Warehouse. The blockage on the warehouse side stays sealed until you have been inside the warehouse once.
