- With 60 Jack reputation, take the PR Agreement to Jack at the Town Warehouse or Town Workshop and get it signed.
- Bring the Signed PR Agreement to Gunter in the Astrologer's Tower.

Tips
- Jack's 60 comes from six +10 rewards: Jack in a Boat (twice), Docked and Found, Workshop Hours, Jack's Back in Business and Give materials.
