- The talk opens after See You in Church and Organic Music. The hand-in also needs the second upgrade of Brawns and Brains (the better corpse tier).
- Wooden Kit II: 1 Special Wood gives 3 at Assembly bench II or III with the Drill press (Building mastery 7).
- Furniture Kit II: 1 Wooden Kit II + 1 Iron Kit II at Assembly bench III (Building mastery 8); the Furniture Maker also sells it from its third tier. You need 4 Wooden Kit II in all, so 2 Special Wood cover it.
