Walkthrough
- Congratulate Heffry on the election result: only Heffry accepts the congratulations, and this starts the quest.
- Ask Januarius at the Village Tavern about the budget problems. The quest teaches you to make Printed Money.
- Print 20 Printed Money at the Printing Press: 10 Clean Paper and 1 Paint make 10 notes (Book writing mastery 4).
- Give Januarius the 20 Printed Money. He returns 10 Signed Printed Money.
- Bring the 10 Signed Printed Money to the twins in Twins' Land.

- Two print runs cover the request: 20 Clean Paper and 2 Paint in total.
