Walkthrough

After meeting the Old God you choose: give him the Red Eye and hold a special sermon with the Prayer for Old God, or keep it and build him an attic in your home.
- Give-the-eye route: on Wrath, hold the special Old God sermon at the Church with the Prayer for Old God. It needs 180 parishioners.
- Keep-the-eye route: build Fix the Attic at the home build desk (16 Wooden Plank, 8 Iron Detail, 6 Carved Stone) and talk to the Old God upstairs.
- Keep-the-eye route: if the six still refuse to help at 90 reputation, ask the Old God in the attic what to do. The talk reveals three dark talents.
- Give-the-eye route, including a late change of mind: once the six agree, rest, then speak with the Old God in Mauritzio's Cheese Cellar.

Tips
- The six are Linda (Dockside Club), Albert (Plague Doctor's Lab), Agatha (Crossroads), Herbert (Barracks), Gunter (Astrologer's Tower) and Jack (Town Workshop).
- Giving the eye back needs 90 reputation with each of the six. Keeping it needs 100, the extra 10 coming from three crafted gifts.
- Parishioners are the lower of your Likes and your Church quality, so grow both toward 180 early if you plan to give the eye back.
- The three dark talents (Gluttony and Pride, Lust and Envy, Wraith and Sloth) are hidden perks in the Anatomy inspiration tree at 1 Anatomy point each.
- Both routes end with the same Last Battle and the same final choice.
