Royal Foundry
Foundry under the old Bathhouse, run by monks who answer to the Bishop. It is the only place to get steel, at 1 silver per Steel Ingot, and where the hunt for the portal fragments really starts.
How to get there
Steamy Royal: win Closing the Eastern Floodgate: Part I and Part II, then Break Through to the Bathhouse Basement. The western floodgate (Water Locked) has to be closed first.

What is here
- The Bishop sells Steel Ingot through dialogue, not a trade window: 1 silver each, in lots of 1, 10, 50 or 100. Steel cannot be crafted anywhere.
- Magic Mirror: give the Bishop 3 Zombie Power for Portal fragment Sloth, the first fragment.
- The Lord's Vintage: a monk wants 2 gold-quality (three-star) Wine and pays 3 Town Gratitude.
- Man of Steel: ask the Bishop here about high-quality steel, which opens his steel sales, then bring Jack 3 Steel Ingot.
- Milestone: Royal Foundry, free, opened by the story.
