Waterlogged north-west quarter of Town on the western lake, home of the Stilt Houses. Battle at the Lake opens it.
How to get there
Still Standing on Stilts: talk to Herbert at the Barracks, then win Battle at the Lake. The quest opens after Notorious Nun, once the Village election is over.
